Drummer Boy Plays For Jingle Feef

These four photos are Max doing his own rendition of Little Drummer Boy on New Years Eve.

The kid worked it and put some soul in it. Christmas Eve was an interesting one for the Mulcock clan...it was just Mike, parents and us...Stephen wouldn't arrive until Christmas day and Beefsquee a few days after that.

So we kept it low key and had lunch at Burger King! Sooooo us.

Sometimes I wonder if my love for fast food annoys my parents or not? I don't think so. In fact, I am pretty sure they love it.

I know Max does...his first fries brought him joy. He kept shoving them so far down his throat he'd gag a little. Could you blame him?

For our Christmas Eve activity we created signs to welcome Stephen to Boise on Christmas day. Caitlin wanted to welcome home in the style of a returned missionary.

Hard at work we came up with our signs.

D's skillz!

Jingle Feef is coming to town!!!!

I particularly like the yellow dots on this sign.

Before hitting the sack, Max and Papa D put up the final pin on the advent calendar.

Santa Clause. Appropriate.

Max was the only lucky one who got to open up a present on christmas Eve. He learned very quickly what it meant to open up a present and many more the next day.

Christmas PJ's! He just chillin out this winter.

Both Max and Papa D sported their Christmas socks.

Christmas Day couldn't really begin until we picked up Jingle Feef...absolutely crucial. So Santa D drove us to the airport.

We started dressing up in preparation for Feefs arrival.

This meant streamers and balloons and our signs...oh and smiles.

Mrs. Clause was ready to welcome her son home! Would he enjoy our welcome or be ashamed of his family?

We found out quick as we rushed forward and sang Christmas carols...he loved it!

There...now Christmas could begin!!!
