King of the Bobas

Behold! Max's thrown! The other day we were at Publix Grocery getting some Moose Tracks Ice Cream and a movie. Max found this big stack of these baby chairs. He became completely enthralled by the chairs, so much so that we had to purchase one and bring it home with us. He loves it. On Friday night we went out for a walk and Max not only insisted, but DEMANDED, that we let him ride on top of the chair in the wagon. So basically, he looked like this:A king on his thrown - "OFF WITH HIS HEAD!" he'd scream. Okay, actually he is pointing to the sky and squealing "airplane - airplane" in this photo. Still, epic. Here he is pointing out that he could see his favorite elephant statues."Efant, efant!"Once passed the elephants, he was back to being king and feeling concern for his kingdom and its people. Its a lot of work being a king - sometimes you need to just take a snack break. So we stopped by our local self-serve yogurt shop and got him a bowl of "bobas." Bobas are basically fish egg looking balls filled with fruit juice. He doesn't want yogurt, he just wants bobas. You'll notice that he has bobas down his shirt.Oh man those bobas are something good. Best $1.50 we spend for this kid - nothing makes him happier. We walked him down to the water's edge by our house and let him play for a while. His first mission - finish the bobas! Then, practice pulling the wagon and takingit around from place to place. Then some hug time with mama. Even a king needs his mama from time to time.Together they learned about the moon, water, big boats, airplanes and many other crucial things. He learns like 90% of his stuff from mom. From dad he gets a lot of crazy goose time.Like how to give each other "beep beeps" on the belly button and tickle and scream and chase and all that good stuff.Crazy kid! I'm sure he saw another big boat in this picture and wanted a better look. And the Max helped me pull the wagon (and chair - still mounted firmly inside) home. It wasn't until we got home that the sugar from the bobas really started to kick in and this was the amazing results:
